Please ensure you include the original order receipt, with the returned garment(s).
The postage cost when returning an item back to us for exchange or refund, must be met by yourself. This cost will not be covered by Charlie McLeod. However, when exchanging an item we will send the exchanged item free of charge.
We will issue a refund for the garment(s), but please do return the goods in the original packaging with all swing tickets still attached. We strongly suggest getting a proof of postage from your Post Office for all returns.
